UNDER THE SOMBRERO   |  40 minutes

Compiled and Adapted by Brenda P. Schleunes

Under the Sombrero is a collection of poems, songs, sayings, and stories celebrating Latino cultures, encouraging appreciation of a second language, and promoting cross-cultural communication.

The play is all about words--Spanish and English words--words that sing, words that play, words that skip, words that jump and shout; words that explain; words that tell stories.

In other words, the play is about all the wonderful and fun things that words can do!
